London, England: February- Afternoon Tea

It's official: afternoon tea is probably my favorite (food) part of the UK! It's so tasty and you feel so fancy having it! In February, I had afternoon tea at The Montague Hotel sponsored by my abroad program and I had afternoon tea at the famous Fortnum & Mason. Fortnum and Mason has four or five stories and is essentially a department store with a large tea room/dining room on the top floor. The best part of afternoon teas is that they keep the food coming! We probably had three rounds of the little sandwiches. Also at the end at Fortnum & Mason, you were invited to pick a slice of cake of their cake trolley! We were stuffed so we had ours (nicely) packaged to go but the next day I enjoyed a slice of lemon raspberry cake! I went with my friend Sam and we had a blast! Here are some pictures below:
